So heres how our contest works. Viktor the garden gnome likes to wander about Visalia from time to time. Sometimes we manage to get a picture of him. When we do we will post it in the contest  section of visaliasplace.com. If you know where the picture was taken simply email us using the "contact us" section of this site, or the box below. Pictures of Viktor will be posted on the first of each new month.  Correct answers will be entered in a general drawing, which will be held on the last day of each month, and announced on this web page. When you email your entry don't forget to include your contact info so that we can reach you if you win. The prizes will vary each month, and be listed by the picture of Viktor
